Left my abusive husband a year ago. Yeah i've changed and grown and blah blah. But this guy? Completely different. He used to be nervous, shy and withdrawn. He has blossomed and is now silly, affectionate, and guess what? he meows!!! My heart swells knowing that i did right by him.
